Terms of Service

Your account

You log in with an osu!, Discord or Steam account. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law of your country requires it to consent to the processing of your data, unless a parent or guardian agrees to these terms for you. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time from the settings page.

Rules

• No cheating: no aim assistance, relax hacks, timewarp, replay editing or anything else that plays for you or alters your scores.
• No harassment, hate speech, spam or impersonation, in chat or anywhere else.
• No sexual, violent or illegal content in screenshots, messages or usernames.
• No attacking, overloading or abusing the servers, and no automated access beyond the public API.
• Don't use the service to break the law or the terms of osu!, Discord or Steam.

We may silence, restrict or ban accounts that break these rules, and remove scores, screenshots or messages, at our discretion.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload: scores, replays, screenshots and messages. You give us permission to store, display and distribute them as part of the service, for example on leaderboards, profiles, in replays other players watch, and in the public score feed. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other players or third-party leaderboards already received.

No warranty

The service is provided for free, as is, without any guarantee that it will be available, correct or keep your data forever. It may change or shut down at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage resulting from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in-game or on our Discord server; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
